Jumped into this national campaign just three weeks before launch—with no timeline, assets, or structure in place. Built a campaign workflow from the ground up, established a project management system, and successfully launched a high-impact campaign that continued seamlessly beyond the kickoff.​ Deliverables included: 5 event activations in LA, NYC, HOU & Atlanta, Spotify Partnership, Standard Media Plan, Social Media Influencer Strategy, Landing Page, Custom Content for Footaction and PR.
